School events
Face Art by Petra is able to cater for high volume school events, that are very popular and always met with lots of interest from all ages!
Whether organising summer/end of the school year celebrations or Christmas parties, speed and organised approach is needed to manage high volume of students as quickly as possible.
How I approach school events with 100+ students to achieve maximum speed and painting up to 30-35 in 1 hour
-
Designs are chosen carefully and in limited choice options ( 4-6 design choices on the board). Designs may include flower, rainbow, hearts, swirls, football, glitter, spider or similar, depending on the ages of the children, time allowance or theme.
-
The queue is managed often with a help of staff or school volunteers.
-
Choices are written or pictured on my board and children are encouraged to make their selection before their turn.
-
Additional artist can be provided to double the speed, if funds allow.
Quality is still ensured, and face painting is designed to appeal any age, so it is also popular at secondary schools.
Charity and fundraising events and functions
Offer free face painting to your event attendees or collect fee towards your cost of service and your cause.
Although I cannot donate my time and materials to all fundraising events, I do understand that you are working towards making money for your cause.
How it works:
-
I charge set fee per hour or event depending on the length of the booking and location
-
You choose your preferred choice of fee collection (specific fee i.e. £5 or voluntary donation from the public)
-
15 full faces or 20-25 smaller design can be painted in 1 hour
-
All money collected on the day is for you to keep covering the cost of hiring and raise extra for your cause.
Important factors for maximum funds:
-
Ensure high footfall to your event
-
Arrange a volunteer to collect payments on your behalf.
